We think our Mission Statement explains our goals: To promote adult fitness and swimming skills through the support, encouragement, motivation and fun of group swimming.
We call it a swim club because a number of our members are fitness swimmers, hence we changed the original "Swim Team" to "Swim Club". But some members do participate in:
The focus and intensity of workouts depends truly upon the individual. We have had people from the beginning stages of learning to float and breathe properly while in the water. Or, our coaches are certainly able to help you achieve a supreme state of exhaustion (5700 yards!!), if that is your wish.
